Birth Doula Support Package: 2 Antenatal Sessions During these sessions we can: create your birth and postnatal plan, address all your worries and uncertainties, go through breathing and pain relief techniques, practice partner support and get all your questions answered. Full Birth Doula Support Physical, emotional, informational support during birth from the moment you feel that you need me till the moment you feel you don't need me any more. 1 Postnatal Session Making a smooth transition: answering your questions about postnatal recovery, breastfeeding, nutrition, excersising and anything else you feel like talking about. Bonus: Herbal Ball Stomach and Back massage.
